FRANDSEN ACCOUNTING & CONSULTING, LLC Financial Analyst in LINDON, Utah

Frandsen Accounting & Consulting, LLC is looking for a Financial Analyst in Lindon, Utah to analyze the past and present financial data of the organization and estimate future revenues and expenditures. Predict the return on investment for different stocks and business ventures, writing financial reports and collecting industry research to inform decision making. Gather data to understand the trends affecting a specific type of product, geographical region or industry to help our clients make important financial decisions. Generate wise investment strategies and support overall financial growth and stability for our company. Organize data into accessible reports and perform various types of analysis using key metrics such as yearly growth, return on assets, return on equity and earnings per share. Review all non-legal pertinent information about prospective deals. Oversee financial functions, such as assessing, auditing, planning, budgeting, taxes, consolidation, cost control and project control. Evaluate and analyze capital expenditures, depreciation, proposals, investment opportunities, rate of return, profit plans, operating records, and financial statements. Study a company's financial data to give advice for guiding business investments and overall financial strategy. This position has partial telecommute benefit available. 

Education and Experience Required: Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field (willing to accept foreign degree education equivalent) plus two (2) years of experience examining financial statements to ensure that they are accurate and comply with laws and regulations.

Skills Set Requirements: Experience must include fundamental accounting principles through preparing and analyzing financial statements; Tax laws and regulations, and preparing and filing tax returns for individuals and businesses; Auditing procedures, and conducting internal or external audits to ensure financial accuracy and compliance; Analyzing financial data, interpret trends, and make informed recommendations based on the results; Identify financial issues, investigate discrepancies, and propose solutions; Reviewing laws and regulations in the accounting and financial industry to ensure compliance; ERP systems, Clio, ADP, WorkDay, HTML, SQL, Microsoft Office, Excel and Python.
