Job Title: Administrative Assistant for Apartment Community
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at our apartment community. The ideal candidate will have their own vehicle and a valid driver's license as they will be required to deliver notices to other properties nearby.
Responsibilities:
Deliver notices to other properties nearby
Answer phone calls and emails from residents and potential residents
Assist with leasing and move-in paperwork
Maintain resident files and records
Assist with resident events and activities
Deliver notices to other property nearby
Perform general administrative duties as needed
Requirements:
Must have own vehicle and valid driver's license
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
