Job Title: Administrative Assistant for Apartment Community

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at our apartment community. The ideal candidate will have their own vehicle and a valid driver's license as they will be required to deliver notices to other properties nearby.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver notices to other properties nearby

  • Answer phone calls and emails from residents and potential residents

  • Assist with leasing and move-in paperwork

  • Maintain resident files and records

  • Assist with resident events and activities

  • Deliver notices to other property nearby

  • Perform general administrative duties as needed

Requirements:

  • Must have own vehicle and valid driver's license

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
