Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily activities of the order processing team, offering clear guidance and direction.

• Resolve customer concerns and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth order processing.

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure order accuracy and timely delivery.

• Handle retail compliance disputes and manage retail scorecards to maintain standards.

• Conduct ongoing training programs to enhance the team's skills and performance.

• Enter and confirm orders in the system with accuracy.

• Receive and process EDI orders efficiently.

• Perform quality control checks to ensure order accuracy.

• Prepare and send invoices for completed orders.

• Handle customer returns promptly and professionally.

• Collaborate closely with the shipping department and inside sales team.

• Set up and onboard new customers seamlessly.

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional service.
