Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the marketing team to audit customer websites, ensuring all product copy, videos, and images are well-presented ️.

• Travel several days a week across the Chicago area, visiting retail stores, training associates on products, and ensuring optimal shelf representation .

• Reach out via email and phone to retail locations outside of Chicago, providing product education and ensuring they have everything they need ☎️.

• Analyze sales performance at all retail locations, including online retailers, and report findings to the executive team with actionable suggestions to improve customer relationships or product offerings .

• Support trade shows throughout the year, discussing products and gaining valuable insights into industry trends .

• Partner with the marketing team to strategically allocate advertising dollars, particularly for online campaigns and sponsorships on platforms like Amazon .

• Gather sales data across various customers, identifying trends and making stocking recommendations .

• Work closely with the product development team to provide customer feedback and ideas for new products ‍.

• Assist the executive team in preparing sales presentations, including creating PowerPoint slides and Excel reports .
