Required Skills:

Technical Program Manager Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate software development activities for the entire product/program lifecycle, from the analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post implementation phases of company products and projects.

  2. Move internal and external process improvements across multiple teams and functions, and measure impact by defining meaningful metrics to meet company growth goals.

  3. Prioritize products and projects based on impact level and leverage data to drive prioritization decisions.

  4. Foster a culture of data driven decision-making throughout the entire product life cycle.

  5. Map dependencies and relationship between products, projects, and technologies throughout stages of product modification and upgrades.

  6. Identify upcoming risks, issues, and bottlenecks and resolve cross-team issues.

  7. Create better, more efficient workflows.

  8. Establish excellent working relations with all partners with an emphasis on maximizing team members’ potential, providing day-to-day coordination and quality assurance for products, projects, and tasks.

  9. Telecommuting is permitted from anywhere in the United States.

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Requires Bachelor's Degree (Or Foreign Degree equivalent ) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field and 60months of experience in the job offered or in a computer-related occupation.

  2. Requires 60 months of experience in the following:

    1. Software engineering, systems engineering, hardware engineering, or technical product/program management
    1. Delivering tech programs or products from inception to delivery
    1. Determining user needs, gathering requirements, and defining scope
    1. Operating autonomously across multiple teams, demonstrated critical thinking, and thought leadership
    1. Working with technical management teams to develop systems, solutions, and products
    1. Establishing work relationships across multi-disciplinary teams and multiple partners in different time zones
    1. Analytical problem-solving with large-scale systems and
    1. Organization, coordination and multi-tasking.

Public Compensation:

$250,346/year to $265,540/year + bonus + equity + benefits
