Seeking an Inventory Accountant in the Lincoln Area!!

Job Description

This role focuses on processing tasks related to inventory accounting. The position involves performing a significant amount of journal entries and processing various accounting transactions.

Responsibilities

  • Perform journal entries related to inventory accounting.

  • Process accounting transactions accurately and efficiently.

  • Reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy in financial records.

  • Utilize ERP systems for accounting processes.

  • Process payments and handle related financial documentation.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience with journal entries and accounting processes.

  • Proficient in using Excel, including pivot tables.

  • 1-3 years of experience in a related role.

  • Ability to perform reconciliations accurately.

Work Environment

The standard work hours are 8-5, but there is flexibility to work from 7:30-4:30 or similar schedules. After a four-week training period, remote work is possible up to three days a week. The team consists of 9 members, with some located in Canada and Texas. The role does not require any travel or leadership experience. The accounting team is busy during the year-end period, and the role offers 9 paid holidays while on contract.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $28.00
