Currently, we are accepting applications for our Head Start location in Lincoln City, Oregon: Classroom Aide - \$16.33 hr (\$17.14 Bi-lingual, English/Spanish) Head Start provides free preschool education to children ages three to five in a nurturing learning environment that includes parents as important resources for their children\'s learning. We focus on the \"whole child\" and include the child\'s educational, health, family, and social needs as part of our program. Our Classroom Aide helps our teachers prepare the classroom, assist with lunch/snack, and maintain a safe and sanitary environment for our children. 2024-2025 school year - Lincoln City, Oregon 32 hrs. per week, Tues - Fri, 8:00- 4:30 5% pay adder bi-lingual English/Spanish Minimum Requirements A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Knowledge of basic sanitation, housekeeping procedures, and safe food handling practices is required. Bilingual English/Spanish and previous Head Start experience are highly preferred. In addition, a valid Oregon driver\'s license, food handler\'s certification, first aid and CPR certification, health verification form, and enrollment in the Oregon Child Care Division Criminal History Registry* must be possessed and maintained. *Note about Oregon Child Care Division Criminal History Registry.
