Aerotek Paint Shop Supervisor in Lincoln, Alabama

Aerotek is hiring for an industrial paint supervisor in the Lincoln, Al area! We are looking for someone who has at least 3-5 years of industrial paint supervisor experience. Listed below are some more details on the opportunity!

Job Title: Paint Supervisor

Shift: 7am -4pm Monday - Friday

Location: Lincoln, Al

Compensation: 60K – 65K

Job Description overview: The Shift Supervisor manages a team of hourly employees in a warehouse environment. They are responsible for ensuring productivity, safety, and efficiency, setting and achieving team goals, and managing employee performance, development, and disciplinary actions.

Physical Requirements

Requires intermittent periods during which continuous physical exertion is required, such as walking, standing, stooping, climbing, lifting material or equipment, some of which may be heavy or awkward.

Work Environment

  • Use required personal protective equipment (PPE)

  • Non climate-controlled facility (fabrication Shop)
