Protech Staffing Solutions, LLC. Operations Administrative Assistant in Lima, Ohio
What you will do:
- Assist with the daily operations of the Operation Department
- Provide administrative support to the Operation Staff and Shift Team Supervisors, taking direction on priorities from the Operations Manager.
- Assist department with Requisitions and Accounts Payable.
- Order equipment and supplies, coordinating with Procurement Department as needed.
- Maintain and update Controlled Documents for the Operations Department.
- Maintain departmental files and record keeping.
- Assist in organization and maintenance of the Operations SharePoint site.
- Attend, coordinate, and record meetings notes. Manage action items lists as necessary.
- Assist with managing the Flame Retardant Clothing (FRC) program for the Operations Department.
- Assist in preparing weekly and monthly reports.
- Safeguard the confidentiality of all sensitive communication
What you will bring (Education & Experience)
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Minimum 3-5 years administrative or secretarial experience.
