Protech Staffing Solutions, LLC. Operations Administrative Assistant in Lima, Ohio

What you will do:

  • Assist with the daily operations of the Operation Department
  • Provide administrative support to the Operation Staff and Shift Team Supervisors, taking direction on priorities from the Operations Manager.
  • Assist department with Requisitions and Accounts Payable.
  • Order equipment and supplies, coordinating with Procurement Department as needed.
  • Maintain and update Controlled Documents for the Operations Department.
  • Maintain departmental files and record keeping.
  • Assist in organization and maintenance of the Operations SharePoint site.
  • Attend, coordinate, and record meetings notes. Manage action items lists as necessary.
  • Assist with managing the Flame Retardant Clothing (FRC) program for the Operations Department.
  • Assist in preparing weekly and monthly reports.
  • Safeguard the confidentiality of all sensitive communication

What you will bring (Education & Experience)

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Minimum 3-5 years administrative or secretarial experience.

  • Represent the Company in a professional manner in all internal and external communications
