DIAGNOSITC ASSESSOR - FULL TIME - ALLEN COUNTY Coleman Health Services is a nationally recognized not-for-profit provider of behavioral health and rehabilitation programs to foster recovery, build independence, and change destinies for individuals, families, and businesses in our community. We are seeking a Diagnostic Assessor in Lima, OH. The Diagnostic Assessor will provide quality assurance and regulatory compliance to client files, complete DA, and initial treatment plans for the walk-in clinic. Diagnostic Assessor Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree and LPC, LSW or Psych Assistant
• Excellent skills in diagnostic assessments
• Experience working with SPMI, SMD and SUD adult population
• Must be willing to obtain or already have the following: an NPI number; and an Ohio Medicaid number.

Preferred Clinicians:

• LPCC, LISW with LCDC
