Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Clerk in the textile manufacturing industry, located in Liberty TWP, Ohio. The role involves processing client transactions, maintaining accurate records, and resolving client inquiries, all while working in a dynamic team environment.

Responsibilities:

• Execute accurate and efficient cash applications.

• Handle account reconciliation tasks with precision.

• Manage accounts receivable operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

• Use Microsoft Excel and SAP for various tasks and reporting.

• Engage in the creation of invoices, ensuring all details are correct and up-to-date.

• Resolve disputes and short pays in a timely and detail-oriented manner.

• Monitor cash collections, identifying any issues and taking appropriate action. Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is required, with an emphasis on identifying and resolving discrepancies.

• Strong experience with Accounts Receivable (AR) processes, understanding the full cycle of AR.

• Demonstrated ability in Billing tasks, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing.

• Experience with Cash Applications, applying payments accurately to customer accounts.

• Proven skills in Cash Collections, following up on outstanding invoices and resolving payment issues.

• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel, utilizing it for data analysis and reporting.

• Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems, utilizing them for financial management and operations.
