Description

Our client in the Midlands is hiring an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist. The AP Specialist will be responsible for full-cycle processing of invoices to include GL coding, obtaining appropriate signatures, vendor relations, utilizing payment term discounts, and entering invoices in the GL system. The AP Specialist will be part of accounting department but will be the only person handling AP. This is a great opportunity to join a stable employer in the area with competitive benefits and a great work/life balance. Ideal candidate will have at least 2+ years of high volume AP experience, ERP system knowledge, and excellent communication skills. A strong work ethic is needed as this person will be self-managed.
