We are hiring a Recruiter to join our Corporate Recruiting Team. This role will support active, contingency, and future recruiting efforts in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This role will collaborate with multiple business units with shifting priorities. This is an onsite role, and the candidate should be proximal to our offices located in Patuxent River, MD.
Duties:
Identify, engage, and deliver high quality candidates for Precise Systems active vacancies.
Identify, engage, and deliver fully qualified candidates for proposal staffing requirements including buy-in for resume use in proposals and securing signed Letters of Intent (LOIs)
Create and nurture strong relationships with candidates
Maintain stringent records of candidate interactions and align existing candidates/applicants to new vacancies.
Develop innovative ways to source candidates and develop sustainable talent pipelines.
Maintain a strong network of industry contacts for potential sourcing and hiring.
Participate in proposal-specific activities as a representative of Precise Systems HR Team.
Manage proposal requisition portfolio and apply best practices in candidate management.
Proactively communicate with partners, leaders, teammates with a focus on solutions and impact
Support Recruiting Team in surge time and perform others duties as assigned.
Education Required:
Bachelor’s degree or an additional four (4) years of relevant working experience can substitute for non-degree.
Experience Required:
Four (4) years of sourcing/recruiting experience in a DoD Contracting environment and/or related agency recruiting experience serving similar customers.
CANDIDATES MUST HAVE DEMONSTRATED EXPERIENCE IN DoD RECRUITING. Ideal candidates will posses DoD experience in the areas of IT, Technical Solutions, Software Development, Training and Simulation.
Strong experience with internet resources from a recruitment and networking perspective, including paid search tools, ATS accuracy, and social media engagement.

Must be able to work independently in a dynamic environment of change, challenge, and multiple deadlines and priorities
Strong customer service and consultative skills with an emphasis on creating a positive experience.
Must be adept with understanding shifting priorities and various levels of urgency in a fast-paced work environment.
Must be detail-oriented and familiar with OFCCP recruiting compliance requirements to minimize risk to the organization (Federal, State, and Local.)
Must act discreetly on behalf of Precise Systems and maintain the security of rates, ranges, and other competitive information
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Significant knowledge sourcing and maintaining relationships with a diverse candidate pool, including strong social media working knowledge.
Ability to effectively manage multiple projects, priorities, and initiatives
Must be innovative, creative, and results-oriented with strong organization and follow-through skills.
Comprehensive experience with MS Office
Experience with SilkRoad or other complex Applicant Tracking Systems.
