Junior Financial Analyst, Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Switzerland

KBR's Defense Systems Engineering- Naval Solutions Division is seeking a Jr. Financial Analyst FMS Switzerland to join our team in Lexington Park, MD, providing financial and business analysis support services for the integration and sustainment planning for NAVAIR'S Switzerland’s F/A-18 (FMS) Program. NAVAIR's work in leading-edge defense systems, engineering, computer science, electronics, finance, logistics, and contracts management provides our Sailors and Marines with the capabilities they need to accomplish their mission and return home safely. This is a full-time on-site position.

Responsibilities:

  • Provides financial and/or accounting support to the activity Accounting Department, Budget Department, Financial Systems Department Business Operations Department, or other organizational support elements and other activities.

  • Assists program/project personnel with financial tracking, budget formulation, execution, and overall financial support.

  • Provides support with a variety of management activities, corporate initiatives, special projects, and data calls, which could have a significant impact on the organization and its business operations.

Basic Qualifications:

Education & Experience: BA with 0-2 years of experience in a business or technical position. You may substitute a degree for 4 years of relative working experience, including familiarity with FMS financial systems.

Clearance & Citizenship: Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance.

Travel: Ability and willingness to travel up to 10%, including overseas as requested.

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with FMS Financial Systems such as the Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (NERP), Management Information System for International Logistics (MISIL), and Security Cooperation Information Portal (SCIP).
