Please review the following job description:

Deliver the perfect client experience to all Leadership Institute guests. Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, addressing requests and complaints to ensure guests are satisfied.

Shift: 3rd shift listed as flexible schedule

Hours: 11:00 pm – 7:00 am

Flex Schedule: as needed for the need of the business

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.

  1. Provide exceptional client service to both internal and external clients. Maintain a positive attitude even when dealing with difficult situations.

  2. Prepare for guest arrivals and departures according Leadership Institute procedures.

  3. Anticipate guests’ needs.

  4. Efficiently address guest requests and complaints.

  5. Abide by and meet all safety and Occupational and Safety Health Administration (OSHA) requirements and standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required Qualifications:

  1. High school diploma or equivalent

  2. 3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a full-service hotel environment

  3. Familiarity with hospitality industry standards

  4. Ability to work with minimum supervision, while meeting tight deadlines with strong attention to detail

  5. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

  6. Ability to endure light physical labor

  7. Ability to deal discreetly with confidential or sensitive information

  8. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to deal effectively with diverse people

  9. Demonstrate a high level of integrity and ethical standards

  10. Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  11. High degree of professionalism

  12. Flexibility to work shift schedules including nights and weekends as seen necessary

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management

  2. Experience in working in the front of the house of a hotel

  3. Experienced in various property management systems and the systems they interface with ( i.e. Oracle, MICROS, Amadeus, Assa Abloy)
