The Edinburg Center Respite Lead Counselor in Lexington, Massachusetts

Respite Counselor III

Tues 4pm-12am; Wed 2pm-11pm; Thurs 4pm-1am; Sat 10am-12pm

Pay Rate $18.55 per hour

What You Will Do:

The Edinburg Center is seeking a Respite Site Lead to provide in-house supervision of respite clients, teaching clients appropriate use of community resources, providing crisis intervention, maintaining accurate and timely clinical records, coordinating with other staff and providers, and supervising assigned respite staff. Who You Are:

  • BA/BS and at least two years’ experience in the field, at least one year with adult mental health population required.

  • Knowledge of psychosocial rehabilitation preferred.

  • Supervisory experience preferred.

  • First Aid, CPR, and MAP certification within three months of hire required. Basic computer skills required.

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
