Eliot Community Human Services Professional Development Coordinator in Lexington, Massachusetts
Description
Eliot's Corporate Office is currently seeking a Professional Development Coordinator to be part of Eliot's Training Department. The ideal candidate would have 5 years of training and human services experience, as well as good interpersonal, verbal communication and presentation skills. Understanding and technical skills with HRMS and LMS applications is a plus.

Programs collaborate, utilizing the expertise within the agency to provide the highest standard of quality services to clients, their families, and the community.
Responsibilities:
Facilitate and conduct all assigned trainings including core curriculum for New Staff Orientation training throughout the year.
Warmly and rapidly respond to questions, staff needs related to trainings and documentation requests.
Create professional and relevant training materials, PowerPoints, tutorials, instructions, and learning resources such as online modules, job aids and guides.
Monitor and maintain necessary training supplies.
Complete required tasks to support all training processes including set up of space, equipment and supplies.
Maintain and update the LMS for the needs of the field.
Ensure staff are provided Agency badges and reissue as requested in a timely manner.
Obtain/maintain all training and train the trainer certifications or qualifications to conduct trainings as assigned including but not limited to CPR, FA, CPI, safety and risk Trainings.
Travel to programs in order to perform training as assigned.
Maintain a flexible schedule including nights and weekends to meet the demands of the agency workforce including providing back up coverage as needed for trainings as needed
Conduct trainings at frequency and methodology needed to meet the workforce demands.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm
Salary Range: 65k-72k
Location: Lexington, MA with some opportunity to work remote
