We are inviting applications for a Treasury Analyst/Assistant Treasurer to join our team based in Lexington, Kentucky. In this role, you will be primarily involved in the analysis of the company's capital structure and debt instruments, supporting debt deals and share repurchases, managing existing loans, and handling cash forecasting and daily cash operations.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze the company's capital structure and debt instruments, including the timing to call bonds, optimal fixed versus floating debt mix, and potential cross-currency SWAP interest saving alternatives

• Support the launch of debt deals and manage share buyback programs

• Manage existing debt, including preparation of periodic debt compliance calculations and certificates

• Coordinate daily, weekly, and monthly borrowings and pay downs, and prepare monthly interest accruals

• Manage the Accounts Receivable Securitization program and monthly reporting

• Oversee risk of financial counterparts quarterly and provide weekly and more frequent analysis of stock and credit default swaps for risk committee

• Determine benchmark rates for leases and manage the organization's domestic and global cash position

• Assist with foreign exchange trades and the administration of banking platforms and treasury systems

• Prepare and consolidate cash and debt forecast, maintain bank account database, and ensure timely and accurate delivery of treasury information and services to various departments

• Assist in the administration of the global insurance program and manage corporate risk including purchased and self-insurance.

Requirements • Proficiency in Treasury Management and Investment Financial Analysis is required.

• Strong skills in Investment Financial Modeling are needed.

• Experience in Investment Banking is obligatory.

• Must possess the ability to maintain strong Bank Relations.

• Solid understanding of financial regulations, banking procedures, and investment strategies.

• Exceptional analytical and mathematical skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Must be able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field is required.

• Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation is preferred.
