Schneider Electric USA, Inc Supply Chain Planning Leader (Upstream) in Lexington, Kentucky

As the Supply Chain Planning Leader (Upstream) you will play a key role in optimizing procurement processes with our suppliers, ensuring efficient supply chain performance, and implementing effective supplier management principles. You will be responsible for supplier forecast accuracy, upstream supply chain performance, and resolving supply chain issues using structured methodologies.

What will you do?
Organize and optimize the procurement of components with our suppliers using Schneider Production Systems principles.
Manage supplier forecast accuracy and monitor upstream Supply Chain performance.
Lead containment, corrective, and preventive actions using the 8D methodology to address supply chain issues.
Implement rules and principles for effective supplier management.

Who will you report to? Supply Chain Planning Manager.

What qualifications will make you successful?
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Engineering, or related field is required.
Strong background in ERP systems is required (SAP experience is preferred).
Previous experience in scheduling and planning.
Ability to identify opportunities for cost, time, and effort reduction within a system.
Desire to lead peers through progressive change.
Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
