*Valvoline Global Operations Headquarters is located in Lexington, KY. We prefer candidates willing to work a hybrid in-office work schedule (3 days per week) if local. We are also open to candidates working remotely but are willing to visit HQs as needed.

How You’ll Make an Impact

The Senior Compensation and Mobility Specialist is critical in managing the end-to-end process of employee mobility, administering deferred compensation programs, and designing and implementing employee recognition initiatives.

In the role, you would be responsible for:

  • Oversee and manage the global mobility process, including employee relocations, expatriate assignments, and immigration.

  • Administer deferred compensation plans including compensation deferrals and other long-term incentive programs.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive employee recognition programs that align with company culture and values. Design and execute various recognition initiatives including awards, milestones, peer-to-peer recognition, and appreciation events within the company-established programs in alignment with

  • Collaborate with external vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient processes that are timely and accurate. Troubleshoot and problem-solve when needed.

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies. Maintain and update programs, policies, and procedures to reflect best practices and legal requirements.

  • Monitor and evaluate program utilization and effectiveness, making recommendations for improvements as needed.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and plan/program participants. Provide training and communication materials to educate employees, managers, HRBPs, and executives on mobility and compensation programs. Provide individualized support to address specific needs and concerns.

  • Partner with leadership and employees to foster a culture of recognition and appreciation across the organization.

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor's degree preferred in human resources, business administration, or related field.

  • Minimum 5 years experience in HR, with a focus on Mobility, Deferred Compensation and Employee Recognition

  • Strong understanding of global mobility processes, including immigration, taxation, and relocation

  • Knowledge of deferred compensation regulations

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
