Join Our Team as a Coffee Route Merchandiser!

Are you passionate about coffee and customer service? Conti Coffee is looking for a dedicated Coffee Route Merchandiser to join our team!

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver and restock coffee products to various retail locations and businesses.

Ensure products are displayed attractively and meet company standards.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through excellent service.

Monitor inventory levels and assist in product ordering to prevent stockouts.

Conduct regular quality checks on coffee products and equipment.

Set up promotional displays and ensure they are well-stocked and appealing.

Train and educate customers on product features and brewing techniques.

Collaborate with the sales team to identify growth opportunities in your territory.

Keep accurate records of deliveries, inventory, and customer interactions.

Report any issues or customer feedback to management promptly.

Qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Previous merchandising or sales experience is a plus.

What We Offer:

Hours Mon-Friday 7 am to 4 pm

Non DOT Route available
