This position may require personnel to wear personal protective equipment to reduce risk of exposure to work-related hazards (e.g. handling of hazardous medications).ShiftSecond shift; 7on/7off 10-hour shifts. Weekend and holiday requirements in line with department needs.Job SummaryThe Pharmacy Senior Technician assists pharmacists in providing medications to patients served by the ICU Satellite Pharmacy by compounding complex sterile and non-sterile products, participating in the delivery of comprehensive pharmaceutical care, and distributing medications from the ICU pharmacy satellite. Adheres to safety protocols and USP 797.This position is eligible for a recruitment bonus. Additional details will be provided during the hiring process should your application be selected to move forward.The starting pay for this position was recently adjusted. The minimum hourly rate for this position will now be $18.50/hour. All pay rates will be based on candidate’s experience.Skills / Knowledge / AbilitiesThis position requires dependability, and the ability to prioritize.
