Description
We are seeking a Trial Paralegal for a prominent law firm in the Lexington area. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in civil litigation and a proven track record of successful trial preparation and support.
Responsibilities:
Assist attorneys with all aspects of trial preparation, including but not limited to:
Case file organization and management
Discovery preparation and review
Preparation of pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
Exhibit preparation and management
Witness preparation and communication
Trial logistics and support
Attend trials and provide in-court support to attorneys.
Conduct legal research and factual investigation.
Maintain communication with clients, witnesses, and court personnel.
Collaborate effectively with other paralegals and support staff.
Requirements
Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience as a Trial Paralegal.
Demonstrable experience in all phases of civil litigation.
Proven trial experience is required.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
Paralegal certification preferred.
