A client of ours located in Versailles, KY is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join their team. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, developing strategies to maximize sales revenue, and fostering relationships with clients. Your primary objective will be to drive business growth and achieve sales targets while maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction. This position is a full-time permanent opportunity offering a competitive salary and benefits package.

salary: $80,000 - $90,000 per year

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the sales team, including setting targets, monitoring performance, and providing coaching and support to ensure team success.

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the companys client base and increase market share within the construction industry.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship building with potential clients.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales materials, presentations, and promotional campaigns to support sales efforts.

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings, and use this information to adjust sales strategies accordingly.

  • Manage the sales pipeline, track sales metrics, and provide regular reports and forecasts to senior management.

  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients, ensuring profitability while meeting customer requirements and industry standards.

  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our services and build brand awareness.

  • Stay up to date on industry developments, regulations, and best practices, and provide training and guidance to the sales team as needed.

  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork, creativity, and continuous improvement.
