Assists the departmental manager with financial responsibilities including procurement, travel arrangements, and account reconciliation while maintaining internal records. Provides clerical support for the department including printing/copying, maintaining office supplies, taking meeting minutes, limited faculty class prep, and event or meeting coordination.Skills / Knowledge / AbilitiesMS Office Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, SAP, and Qualtrics.Does this position have supervisory responsibilities?
