ABC Pest Control Inc of DFW dba ABC Pest Control, Lewisville, TX. Daily transportation will be provided from a centrallocation to and from worksites in the following counties: Denton, Tarrant, Collin, Dallas. 10 Landscape Laborer positionsavailable. Temporary, full time position from 04/01/2025 through 10/31/2025, 6:30am-3:30pm, 40 hrs/week, overtime varies,Monday-Friday, some Saturdays may be required, schedule varies, start/end times may vary. Workers will be paid Semi-Monthly at $18.14/hr, $27.21/hr OT, Raise at employer's discretion. Opportunity for higher pay depending on driver's license.Mow, weed, edge, rake/blow leaves, plant flowers/shrubs, prep and lay sod, install mulch, prune shrubs, clean up. May operatevehicles. Pre-employment drug testing required; Drug testing during employment for cause; Post-Accident Drug Testing; Alldrug testing is performed without regard to an employees citizenship or immigration status, and all testing is paid for by thecompany. Pre-hire background check required. All background checks are performed equally as to U.S. workers and H-2Bworkers, and all fees are paid for by the company. Able to push, pull and lift up to 50 lbs. Able to bend, crawl, twist, turn, andsquat repetitively. Able to work outdoors in extreme heat/cold. Able to walk for long periods of time. Able to follow written orverbal instructions. Regular exposure to sunlight. 3 months experience required as landscape laborer. Employer may makepayroll deductions at employee's request. Employer facilitates voluntary housing arrangements. A single workweek will be usedto compute wages due. All deductions from the worker's paycheck required by law will be made. The employer will provideworkers at no charge all tools, supplies and equipment required to perform the job. If the worker completes 50 percent of thework contract period, employer will reimburse the worker for initial transportation and subsistence costs from the place ofrecruitment to the place of employment for those traveling from such a distance they are not reasonably able to return to theirresidence each day. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide orpay for workers reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originallydeparted to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. The amountof transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for thedistances involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of $15.88 per day during travel to a maximum of $59.00 per daywith receipts. H2B workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and otherrelated fees, including those mandated by the government (excluding passport fees).
