    What You’ll Do:

  • Knowledge of the Health Care System reimbursement mechanisms, including Home Health and Hospice benefits or ability to pick up this knowledge quickly. Understanding of UB and 1500 billing a must.

  • Strong understanding of Medicare, Medicare Advantage, and Medicaid services

  • Oversees billing team that manages accounts and helps departments troubleshoot and resolve revenue cycle problems.

  • Strong communicator with various departments to demonstrate leadership within the revenue cycle workflow.

  • Understanding Physician service billing and coding practices is critical

  • Works with Director of RCM on the Strategic plan for billing department to include quarterly analysis of progress of plan

    What You’ll Bring:

  • Associate degree or higher in Business Administration, Business Management, or Health Care Management.

  • Coding certification (CPC) required (can be obtained post-hire).

  • Experience in lieu of degree considered on a case-by-case basis.

  • Minimum of 5 years working in a billing environment, preferably in supervisory role in health care with a strong understanding of how Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial and Third-Party Payors work. Prior Home Health and Hospice billing experience is highly preferred.

  • Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience.
