What You’ll Do:

  • Assists in the development, establishment, and evaluation of team documentation systems in conjunction with Supervisor to assure accuracy, timeliness and efficiency.

  • Maintains up to date knowledge base on all insurance forms, chart forms, insurance paperwork requirements, and shares information with team routinely.

  • Establishes priorities for team paperwork to be done on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.

  • Ensures review of all paperwork for completeness of forms on a regular basis.

  • Develops and maintains accurate systems to ensure timely coordination of all multi-discipline documentation.

  • Manages scheduling of clinical staff visits.

  • Ensures appropriate assignment of referrals in consultation with supervisors.

  • Data entry into Electronic Health Record (EHR) of some OASIS & staff timesheets

  • Maintain daily/Holiday & weekend schedules.

What You’ll Bring:

  • High School diploma required.

  • Electronic Medical Records experience a plus!

  • Strong, demonstrated computer skills with comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point.

  • Excellent customer services and public relation skills

  • Ability to be a team player at all levels.

  • Organizational skills
