What You’ll Do:

• Provide leadership, supervision, and strategic direction for the bereavement, volunteer, music therapy, and other holistic hospice services.

• Ensure that all programs align with Andwell’s hospice philosophy and meet regulatory and accreditation standards.

• Manage the recruitment, training, and engagement of hospice volunteers.

• Support the integration and expansion of music therapy and other complementary therapies into the hospice care model.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to enhance hospice services.

• Develop and manage program budgets, ensuring responsible financial stewardship.

What You’ll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, social work, counseling, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

• Minimum of three years of experience in hospice, palliative care, bereavement services, volunteer management, or related programs.

• Strong leadership and program management experience, with a proven ability to oversee multidisciplinary teams.

• Knowledge of hospice regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices in holistic hospice care.

• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, track program outcomes, and drive strategic initiatives.
