This position covers Lewis & Crown PointRESPONSIBILITIES:Supervise overall operation of the Residences and Services under the direction of the Regional Director.Provide staff feedback and suggestions to increase the active participation of the individuals receiving services.Provide oversight and support to Managers/Assistant Managers and administrative support in the absence of the Regional Director.QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field.At least three years experience working with people with developmental disabilities including at least one year in a supervisory role is required.
