Responsibilities

• Manage and hold support staff accountable, including Project Engineers, superintendents, foreman and Project Assistants.

• Manage and hold field staff accountable, including Superintendents and Foremen.

• Create and manage a complex schedule of values.

• Develop and implement a quality control plan.

• Track project progress effectively.

• Handle Work-In-Progress (WIP) or cost projections.

• Manage manpower projections.

• Coordinate Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes.

Essential Skills

• Mechanical project management experience (preferred)

• Experience utilizing Procore, Bluebeam, and Excel.

• Experience managing large-scale projects with a minimum budget of $20 million in industrial and/or commercial sectors.

Additional Perks
