Actalent Senior Project Manager - Mechanical in Lewis Center, Ohio
Responsibilities
Manage and hold support staff accountable, including Project Engineers, superintendents, foreman and Project Assistants.
Manage and hold field staff accountable, including Superintendents and Foremen.
Create and manage a complex schedule of values.
Develop and implement a quality control plan.
Track project progress effectively.
Handle Work-In-Progress (WIP) or cost projections.
Manage manpower projections.
Coordinate Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes.
Essential Skills
Mechanical project management experience (preferred)
Experience utilizing Procore, Bluebeam, and Excel.
Experience managing large-scale projects with a minimum budget of $20 million in industrial and/or commercial sectors.

Additional Perks

The pay range for this position is $145000.00 - $165000.00/yr.
