Position : Receptionist
Purpose : Handle phone calls, greet visitors, and provide administrative support to the HR department and the organization.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage incoming calls and route them appropriately.
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
Maintain a neat and orderly front desk and lobby area.
Assist departments with administrative duties (meetings, scheduling, filing, etc.).
Perform HR-related administrative tasks (vacation records, benefits processing, timesheets).
Handle sensitive and confidential assignments.
Coordinate and manage multiple priorities and special projects.
Create and maintain spreadsheets for attendance, vacation, and reports.
Interact with all departments for phone management and support.
Maintain a professional, positive demeanor and work in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications :
High School Diploma or equivalent.
3+ years of experience with multi-phone systems and administrative support.
Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
Professional, dependable, flexible, and able to multitask.
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
Familiarity with MRP systems (Made2Manage) is a plus.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Pay Details: $21.00 per hour
