Job Description

We are currently seeking production associates to join our manufacturing team at our Lewis Center, OH facility. Our facility hosts nearly 200 employees across three shifts, and includes a main warehouse, a machine shop, and various production rooms, some of which are climate controlled. Our team is dedicated to excellence in the development and manufacturing of super abrasive grinding wheels and tools. Hard Skills

• Manufacturing work history

• Mechanical aptitude

• Hand and power tool usage

• Experience in machine operation, production assembly, small part assembly, or mechanical assembly

Soft Skills

• Good manual dexterity

• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy

• Willingness to work around chemicals and use appropriate PPE

• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities

• Desire to take initiative and demonstrate internal drive for results

• Ability to prioritize tasks according to relative importance

• Ability to comprehend and follow documented procedures

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Lewis Center, Ohio.

Available Shifts:

2nd Shift (Monday-Friday 3:00pm-11:30pm)

3rd Shift (Sunday-Thursday 11:00pm-7:30am)

The facility includes machinery, material handling equipment, production rooms/lines, machine shop, and a shipping and receiving area.
