ManpowerGroup Quality Inspector- 2nd Shift in Lester Prairie, Minnesota

Our client in Lester Prairie Mn. is seeking a Quality Inspector on their 2nd shift. The right candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring products meet quality standards through thorough inspections and assessments. Your expertise will help identify and resolve quality issues, supporting our commitment to excellence.

Job Title: Quality Inspector 2nd Shift

Location: Lester Prairie Mn,.

Pay Range: $23.50/hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform start-up and in-process verification checks and document results.

  • Conduct receiving inspections and document findings.

  • Communicate out-of-specification findings to the Production Lead.

  • Assist the Quality Manager, Engineer, and Technicians in evaluating quality issues.

  • Generate reports and maintain accurate records.

What’s Needed?

  • Education: High school diploma, GED

  • Experience: Familiarity with blueprint reading; previous quality inspection experience is preferred.

  • Ability to effectively gather and present information.

  • Proficiency in using a stereoscope and hand tools.
