Nurse Unit Manager - RN - Registered Nurse or LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse Qualifications: - Current license as RN or LPN in Massachusetts. - Experience with Dementia patients preferred. - Must have extensive clinical experience, administrative experience, and training in both nursing and management. - Must have strong communication skills, diplomacy and the ability to take leadership of any situation. - Current BLS certification. Nurse Unit Manager - RN - Registered Nurse or LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse Job Summary: - With direction from the DON, supervise the unit\'s nursing and support staff. - Manage work schedules, delegate assignments, assign tasks and evaluate employee job performance. - Coach and discipline staff, as necessary, with cooperation of HR Department. - Set Unit goals and standards and establish employee policies and procedures.
