Children's Hospital Association Digital Marketing Analyst in Lenexa, Kansas

Where You’ll Work

This position is based in our Lenexa, Kansas office. We leverage a hybrid working model working three days in the office, two days optional remote work.

What You’ll Do

The CHA Communications team is growing! This new position will report to the Director of Digital & Web Operations leading the collection and analysis of data to support the optimization of CHA's digital content.

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret website traffic data, user behavior, and conversion metrics.

  • Develop and maintain regular analytics reports, dashboards, and visualizations to track key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement based on data analysis.

  • Translate data analysis into clear, actionable marketing strategy and optimization recommendations.

  • Develops and presents findings and recommendations to stakeholders of all levels, communicating effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Design and execute A/B tests to optimize website elements, email campaigns, and other digital marketing initiatives.

  • Analyze test results to determine the most effective strategies and make data-driven recommendations.

  • Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for improving organic search visibility.

  • Provide recommendations for on-page and off-page SEO optimization, including content optimization, meta tag optimization, and link building.

  • Work with the communications team to optimize content for SEO and user experience.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share insights and drive data-driven decision-making.

  • Ensures data accuracy and integrity through regular audits and quality checks.

  • Remains up to date with the latest industry trends to best influence future strategy.

Required Experience:

What You’ll Bring to CHA

Any combination of education and experience providing the required skill and knowledge is qualifying.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • 3-5 years of experience in digital analytics, digital content strategy, or a similar role.

  • Strong proficiency in digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEM Rush.

  • Experience in designing and executing A/B testing methodologies to optimize website performance and user experience, with a proven track record of leveraging test results to make data-driven improvements.

  • Solid understanding of SEO principles and best practices.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work and collaborate with technical and creative teams, as well as with various lines of business leaders, to define requirements and execute strategies.
