The Role :

Title: Clinical Study Manager

Location: On-Site in our Lenexa, KS lab

With oversight from the manager of study management or director of operations, the Clinical Study Manager will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation and execution of the project ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.

To be successful in the role, you will need:

A minimum of two years clinical research experience in leading and directing clinical trials with a bachelor's degree or local equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications/Experience:

  • Phase 1 experience is preferred, but Phase 3 experience is acceptable.

  • Ability to think quickly as well as adaptability

  • Strong cadence of being able to multi-task

  • Strong Organizational Skills

  • Strong Communication skills

  • Ability to troubleshoot any issues that may arise rapidly.

This role MAY have a need for some weekend work on occasion, but it is rare.
