SUMMARY: The Private Industry Council of Westmoreland/Fayette, Inc., has provided workforce, education and early childhood educational services to the communities we have served for over 40 years. The computer lab assistant will ensure a safe and supportive environment for individuals to increase knowledge and skill in digital literacy. The ideal candidate will be a reliable, tech savvy individual with effective verbal and written communication skills, the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users, possessing a customer service mindset. POSITION: COMPUTER LAB ASSISTANT PURPOSE: This role is crucial in maintaining a productive and user-friendly environment, helping to facilitate computing needs. The assistant will be responsible for troubleshooting problems, monitoring lab usage, and ensuring that all resources are utilized effectively. QUALIFICATIONS: Education: High School Diploma or equivalent. College coursework in Computer Science or related field preferred.
