Description

We are seeking a Sr. Cash Application Specialist in Lehi, Utah. This role will be focused on managing various accounting functions and data processing tasks within the financial industry. This offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and process customer credit applications using accounting software systems

• Maintain and update customer credit records accurately on a regular basis

• Resolve customer inquiries related to cash activity and accounts receivable

• Monitor customer accounts and perform necessary actions in relation to billing functions

• Handle tasks related to Automated Clearing House (ACH) operations

• Ensure the efficient operation of accounting functions

Requirements

• Extensive knowledge and proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Familiarity and experience with CyberSource is required

• Skilled in Data Processing and managing large datasets

• Comprehensive understanding of Accounting Functions, including bookkeeping and financial reporting

• Proficiency in handling Accounts Receivable (AR) and maintaining an accurate record of all transactions

• Familiarity with Automated Clearing House (ACH) transactions and processes

• Ability to manage Billing Functions efficiently, including invoicing and payment tracking

• Experience in tracking and recording Cash Activity, ensuring all transactions are accurately accounted fo
