The Role:

As a Sr. Analyst, Pricing Analytics you will play a key role in developing data sets and implementing reporting for the pricing team. You will work with large data sets using SQL to manage and build analytic models and Tabluea for data visualizations that will drive decisions for pricing and sales leadership. You will also help collect requirements

from these various stakeholders and help execute on ad hoc projects. This role reports directly to the Director of Pricing.

What you will be working on:

  • Develop and implement pricing analytics that support business objectives, market positioning, and revenue growth.

  • Understanding of pricing and promotional strategies and how to accurately measure key performance indicators.

  • Monitor pricing performance and make data-driven adjustments to optimize profitability.

  • Analyze pricing data, sales trends, and customer behavior to identify insights and opportunities for pricing improvement.

  • Inform development of pricing models and scenario analysis to forecast the impact of pricing changes.

  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and product management teams to align pricing strategies and reporting with overall business objectives.

  • Provide pricing analytics and support to sales teams to facilitate effective pricing negotiations.

  • Monitor discounting practices and recommend adjustments as needed to achieve desired outcomes.

  • Deep diving into various data sets to find correlations affecting product and package pricing.

  • Helping put together findings using PowerPoint and present when necessary to various levels of the organization.

  • Using analytical rigor to ensure that the business trusts the generated insights.

  • You will effectively communicate your ideas and insights whether it’s to an executive, a product manager, or an intern.

  • Dynamic and adaptable – you don’t mind switching gears and focusing on a wide variety of projects.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • 2-3 years of experience in a business analyst or analytical role, pricing related is preferred

  • Very comfortable with SQL & Tableau

  • Self-starter, coachable, detail-oriented, organized, driven

  • Experience in working with and building relationships with leaders in an organization.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and own projects from start to finish

  • Project management experience a plus

  • ·Excel experience a plus
