EASYPOST Lead Technical Consultant in LEHI, Utah

Partner with business analysts and consultants to understand and document business requirements, business processes and current / future state mapped to system capabilities. Work with technical development and delivery teams to propose solutions that leverage system functionality. Translate approved solutions into actionable deliverables, ensuring high levels of quality, accuracy and process consistency. Manage the configuration and design of the platform for client and internal/partner instances as relevant. Solve business problems by configuring and maintaining custom objects, queues, record types, fields, page layouts, formulas, data validation rules, triggers, custom workflows, approval processes, installed packages, and related setups within the platform. Act as solution expert and advocate for the platform; driving adoption, consistently recommending best practices, staying abreast of upcoming changes and ensuring these are best leveraged within products built by Summit and for client instances as relevant. Support and facilitate client go-lives including supporting client training and onboarding activities to the platform as relevant. Support internal upskilling and cross-skilling activities within Summit to bring additional consultants up to speed on the platform and build a broader consultant skill base. Support the maintenance of user roles and profiles, security settings, access settings, etc. for clients and internal/partner instances as relevant. Recommend, build and configure reporting and data analytics within the platform as relevant. Manage partner activities including certifications, portal access, knowledge base setups, user setups and acting as key contact point(s) for new releases. Remote/telecommuting option
