Associate Legal Counsel
The Opportunity
Join Adobe's team in Lehi, Utah as an outstanding attorney. You'll handle revenue-related legal matters for Adobe's cloud-based services, software, and professional services, with a focus on education agreements.
What you'll do
Review and negotiate contracts with precision and expertise.
Provide outstanding legal counsel to Sales and Sales Management.
Collaborate strictly with Product teams, Privacy/Security teams, and Consulting Services teams on various topics including intellectual property, commercial terms, risk analysis, and the impact of applicable laws.
Participate in or co-lead projects such as template creation, job aid creation, and training sessions to ensure flawless implementation of legal standards and practices.

What you need to succeed
JD Degree and a license to practice law in Lehi, Utah.
Ideally 1-3 years of proven legal experience.
Ability to understand and work with the technologies we license.
Outstanding client management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
