Responsibilities
Assist in the onboarding process of new employees,ensuring all documentation and requirements are met.
Manage employee assignments and coordinate with customers to meet their needs efficiently.
Serve as a point of contact for employees,addressing their questions and concerns in a timely manner.
Maintain organized records of employee data and assignments.
Support the office team with administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in basic computer applications,including Microsoft Office (Excel,Word).
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Previous experience in administrative or customer service roles is a plus,but not required.
Pay
$13.00 - $16.00 Per Hour
Work Environment & Schedule
This is a part-time position. Hours are flexible Monday through Friday between 8am-5pm.
This position is in office in Orem,UT. operates in a professional office environment with no specialized physical demand.
