The Opportunity Join the Strategic Planning and Analytics team within Adobe's DX and Corporate Finance Function! As part of a close-knit team of four, you will play a crucial role in helping to modernizing the finance function through predictive analytics, focused on accelerating time to insights and impact while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy. All 2025 Adobe interns will be co-located hybrid. This means that interns will work between their assigned office and home. Interns will be based in the office where their manager and/or team are located, where they will get the most support to ensure collaboration and the best employee experience. Managers and their organization will determine the frequency they need to go into the office to meet priorities.
What You'll Do * Data Collection and Analysis: Gather, analyze, and summarize data from multiple sources to support predictive model training. * Model Training: Apply the prepared data to train AI/ML models in efforts to increase predictive accuracy and build comprehensive modeling approaches. * Model Governance: Develop and implement a program to maintain and govern existing and future models, ensuring they meet the highest standards of accuracy and reliability. * Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to successfully implement predictive models into financial processes. * Reporting: Build detailed reports and visualizations to communicate findings and model performance to collaborators. * Continuous Improvement: Find opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the ongoing enhancement of the predictive modeling framework. * Ad-hoc value add analysis if and when required
What You Need to Succeed * Currently enrolled full time and pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Finance, or a Related Field with an expected graduation date of December 2025 - June 2026 * Ability to participate in a full time internship between May-August/September 2025 * Strong proficiency in statistical analysis, data mining, and predictive modeling techniques * Proficiency in using data analysis tools such as Python, R, SQL, Excel or other data modeling platforms * Understanding of financial principles and concepts * Ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear and concise manner * Proactively approach problem-solving with ambition and a positive attitude. * Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets.
