Pay Rate: $17.83/hr

Hours: Monday through Friday-Part-time
Job Summary:
Adecco is assisting a retail company in hiring a Third Keyholder to work in Leesburg, VA. As a Third Keyholder, you will be responsible for driving and exceeding store financial goals through ensuring a World Class shopping experience for guests. You will assist the Store Manager in managing merchandise and inventory, maintaining operational excellence, and providing training and coaching to the store team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Drive sales and assist in managing the team to meet or exceed sales goals through excellent customer service.
Manage and develop staff, providing coaching and professional development opportunities.
Oversee daily store operations, including stock control, shipping/receiving, visual merchandising, and store upkeep.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures on the sales floor.
Proficiently operate the cash register/POS system, ensuring accuracy in transactions.
Assist in maintaining an organized system for planning and completing tasks to achieve goals.
Maintain visual merchandising standards to create a positive shopping experience.
Ensure all employees provide a high level of customer service and act as role models.
Support loss prevention efforts by maintaining awareness and training staff.
Requirements:
1+ years of experience in a retail key holder position.
Weekend availability is strongly preferred.
High School Diploma required.

Pay Details: $17.83 per hour
