GEHA Sr National Webinars Engagement Specialist in Lee's Summit, Missouri

The Sr National Webinars Engagement Specialist is responsible for leading and executing multiple initiatives intended to drive engagement with GEHA plan members and prospects. Drives growth by delivering broad national webinar strategies and introducing GEHA plans to federal agency personnel and their employees. Works well with diverse federal employee populations and identifies the most effective program mix and programing to educate, engage and activate employees to engage with GEHA and our agency partners. The Sr National Webinars Engagement Specialist drives the appropriate delivery and coordination of engagement programs, agency and vendor partnerships, and monitors effectiveness of the programs. Contributes to overall sales growth and retention goals. A core objective of this position is to facilitate programs that educate, and influence members builds trust with GEHA.

SKILLS

  • Supports and influences the creation, development, documentation, and execution of a national webinar engagement strategy with federal agencies.

  • Must have outstanding presentation skills to deliver presentations in person and virtually to federal agencies to describe and respond to questions about GEHA’s health and dental benefits, as well as a variety of other wellness, financial and broad interest topics.

  • Develops and reviews all materials created to ensure accuracy of relevant information before sending to market.

  • Works to secure new members and retain current members at federal meetings.

  • Leads collaboration with internal and external partners, as necessary, to ensure alignment and coordination of webinar messaging across customer touchpoints.

  • Leads research projects with the assistance of other internal teams to drive content development.

  • Partners with Marketing and Sales Teams on the promotion of webinars to maximize attendance.

  • Owns the inventory of research and presentations and is responsible for ensuring accuracy, relevance and updating it when necessary to align with new industry trends.

  • Responsible for achieving set webinar and engagement goals, provides quality customer care, and contributes to growth and retention goals.

  • Implements, promotes, evaluates, and reports on national webinar programs that encourage population participation and improve engagement.

  • Works with Manager to establish metrics and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of engagement and education programs.

  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS: Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, health administration, health promotion or similar; additional years of qualifying relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.

  • 7 years corporate engagement program experience with personal development, financial, health and wellness promotion or program, design.

  • Experience creating content and presentations for large, public webinars and events.

  • Initiative-taker who is versatile, patient and has a positive attitude and good judgment.

  • Ability to motivate and encourage others through content and engaging presentation delivery.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; strong oral and written communication skills; problem solving acumen; demonstrate personal integrity, confidence, diplomacy as well as flexibility.

  • Exceptional interpersonal, public relations, oratory, and presentation skills.

  • Demonstrate positive and effective interaction with customers and decision makers during conversations or meetings.

  • Ability to effectively work with internal and external stakeholders to achieve objectives/deliverables in various areas of responsibility.

Work-at-home requirements

  • Must have the ability to provide a non-cellular High Speed Internet Service such as Fiber, DSL, or cable Modems for a home office.

  • A minimum standard speed for optimal performance of 30x5 (30mpbs download x 5mpbs upload) is required.

  • Latency (ping) response time lower than 80 ms

  • Hotspots, satellite and wireless internet service is NOT allowed for this role.

  • A dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information

Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. GEHA considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as, market and business considerations when extending an offer.

The annual base salary range for this position is $79,514 - $112,086 USD.
