Sheet Metal Shop Foreman

Ultimate LLC is experiencing tremendous growth and is looking for an experienced Sheet Metal Shop Foreman to join our team. The pay range is $26-34/hr per hour based on experience. This leadership role is focused on managing the ductwork fabrication process, ensuring that all sheet metal components are fabricated to the highest standards for our commercial HVAC projects. We are seeking a reliable, organized, and experienced foreman to lead our shop team and help us continue delivering excellent results to our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the fabrication of sheet metal ductwork and fittings for commercial HVAC projects.

• Supervise the operation of coil lines, plasma tables, sheet metal brakes, and pinning machines.

• Organize and manage materials for delivery to job sites and unloading of shop deliveries.

• Coordinate with field foremen to ensure timely and accurate fabrication of parts needed for installation.

• Assist with the assembly of materials and ensure accurate inventory and stock management.

• Oversee the training and development of shop staff to improve skills and efficiency.

• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.

• Work in coordination with other teams to ensure that jobs are completed on time and to specification.

• Keep accurate records of production, materials, and work performed.

Requirements:

• HVAC Duct Fabrication Experience : 10 years required.

• Proven experience working with coil lines, plasma tables, sheet metal brakes, and pinning machines for HVAC ductwork fabrication.

• A valid Driver's License is required.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and safety standards.

• Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage a team of fabricators.

• Field installation experience is a plus but not required.
