Description We are seeking an e-Commerce Product Manager to join our team in Lee's Summit, Missouri. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our e-commerce platform, driving traffic, and leading product roadmap execution. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the operations of our e-commerce platform, ensuring smooth and efficient functionality.

• Utilize Magento or other digital retail platforms to enhance our e-commerce operations.

• Develop and implement our SEO strategy to drive relevant traffic to our site.

• Conduct tests and identify any bugs in the e-commerce platform and online checkout process, and take corrective measures.

• Lead the creation and execution of the e-commerce product roadmap in collaboration with the team.

• Ensure the e-commerce platform effectively feeds into our ERP system, preferably NetSuite or any other ERP.

• Drive traffic to our site using tools such as Google Analytics and implement A/B testing for optimization.

• Leverage your experience in manufacturing to enhance our e-commerce operations.

• Utilize bug tracking and optimization strategies to improve the performance of our e-commerce platform.

• Develop actionable recommendations based on analysis of traffic management data. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an e-Commerce Product Manager role or similar.

• Proficiency in Bug Tracking, eCommerce, and Magento eCommerce.

• Familiarity with Internet Search Engines and Major Search Engines.

• Demonstrated skills in Engine Optimization, On-Page Optimization, Optimization Strategies, Pricing Optimization, and Performance Optimization.

• Experience with NetSuite and Oracle NetSuite Technologies.

• Proficiency in using Google Analytics and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).

• Experience in creating and managing Product Roadmaps.

• Ability to provide Actionable Recommendations based on data analysis.
