Complaints Analyst II

The Complaints Analyst II is responsible for reviewing and analyzing data from call log, Qualtrics and other post-market systems as necessary and make a complaint determination.

Key Tasks

• Review call log entries from the previous day and assess if the information entered into the call log meets the definition of an alleged complaint

• Open complaint records within the complaint management system based on the review of data entered into the call log by customer experience

• Train customer experience on the process of entering data into the call log so that a correct complaint determination can be made

• Support and collaborate with other complaint analysts and investigators for administrative support as needed

• Participate in daily management meetings and report key metrics as deemed necessary by senior management

  Your Background

• Associate degree or higher

• 2-5 years of data entry experience is preferred

• Knowledge of medical device complaints

• Basic knowledge of computers

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft suite

• Fast Typing skills

• Attention to details

• Good command of English

• Knowledge on medical device complaints receiving is preferable
