Podiatrist

Location: WellSpan Medical Group, Lebanon, PA

Schedule: Full Time

General Summary

Provides podiatric and surgical services to patients.

WellSpan Medical Group is seeking a full-timePodiatristfor their Lebanon County location. Individual must be a graduate of an accredited school of Podiatry Medicine with Doctor of Medicine degree plus completion of a residency training program in Podiatric Medicine and Surgery. He or she must also be Board Certified/Board Eligible.

At this time, we are seeking a well-rounded podiatrist interested in all aspects of podiatry. Responsibilities will include elective podiatric surgery, diabetic foot exams, office based podiatric procedures and inpatient hospital consults.

Position Highlights:

  • Collegial team comprised of 4 orthopedic surgeons, 1 non-operative sports medicine physician, 1 podiatrist and 5 advanced practice providers

  • Access to a strong primary care network (built-in referral source)

  • Surgical cases performed at WellSpan Good Samaritan Hospital and Good Samaritan Outpatient Surgery Center

  • M - F schedule

  • Candidate with previous experience preferred

Qualifications

Minimum Education:

  • Doctorate Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) Required

Licenses:

  • Licensed Medical Physician and Surgeon Upon Hire Required or

  • Licensed Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine Upon Hire Required

Courses and Training:

  • Diplomate of the American Board of Podiatric Surgery or the American Board of Podiatric Medicine. Upon Hire Required and

  • Completion of an accredited college of podiatric medicine. Upon Hire Required
